DEMOLITION & RECYCLING
Charles Morden Construction has been involved with a variety of teardown and demolition projects of different sizes. We are able to tear down your existing home or cottage and haul away all used building materials to the appropriate locations. After the demolition has occurred we have the right equipment and materials to rehabilitate the location for future uses.

During the demolition process, Charles Morden Construction is able to take your concrete, asphalt, blocks, and bricks away to be recycled at one of our aggregate locations. We break down these building materials, back to raw material, to be reused for future projects.
SEPTIC SYSTEMS
Charles Morden Construction is a fully Licensed Septic System Installer and is also a proud member of the Ontario Onsite Wastewater Association. The knowledgeable staff at Charles Morden Construction is able to walk you through the whole septic installation process from obtaining a permit for a new septic system with your local municipality, to sizing and design.

Our installation team is able to install simple, complex or engineered septic systems. From a traditional system to a more advanced treatment unit we are able to service all your septic needs. Our experienced staff is also able to troubleshoot and repair an existing septic system.
SNOW REMOVAL & SAND/SALTING SERVICES
Charles Morden Construction Inc. provides snow removal services for your commercial needs such as corporate offices, shopping centers, local schools, retail stores and industrial properties. Equipped with nine front end loaders with state of the art blades and boxes, Charles Morden Construction Inc. is able to take care of your every need. Our experienced staff is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide our customers with a consistent quality job. We offer two contract options: a "pay by trip" option and a "season rate" option depending on customer preference. As a fully insured snow removal company, Charles Morden Construction Inc. takes customer safety very seriously. We provide a sanding and salt option to all customers to help reduce any safety issues that could arise during the winter season.

Our main landscape business is building decorative landscape retaining walls with products like armour stone, granite boulders or blasted granite rock. PONDS & WATERFRONT DREDGING
Charles Morden Construction Inc. has been involved in many types of dredging operations from Honey Harbour channels to your new waterfront home. We are able to work with the owner of the property in getting all the proper paperwork and information filed with the ministry to get the job underway.

A mixture of 3 equal parts of topsoil, peat, and compost. Generally used for establishing or maintaining gardens.
